I just ran across this and in my mind it is a big deal.

About four years ago my doctor prescribed Vitamin D for bone health and I've taken two 25 mcg tablets daily for the entire four years now. My wife also takes it.

Does it work? Apparently it does and it is so damn cheap there's little reason not to take it. Sort of like the fish oil...
